p.s.

is the p.s. dead in the era of computer editing? you used to use a p.s. when you wanted to add something to a handwritten or typed letter and didn't want to rewrite or retype the whole thing. now that we can easily edit our communications with word processing software, etc., does that mean the p.s. is effectively obsolete? or should we still use it for non sequitur or "by the way" type information that don't really fit in the body of the communication?

still waitin' in the airport

left the bar, now at the gate. crazy woman literally running around the boarding area picking up newspapers from chairs and ground. don't know why. i'll probably find out, tho. odds are good she'll be sitting next to me on the plane, as i am a known crazy-magnet.

drinkin' in the airport bar

waitin' on my flight in the airport bar, sitting next to two little old ladies (in their 70s for sure), drinking whisky with beer chasers. i hope i'm that cool when i'm 70.
