video game violence?

so bunky and i have gotten a little hooked on the new xbox game viva pinata. it's vaguely japanese, in that it is a mix of strange and cute. however i'm getting a little worried that it's starting to affect us in the wrong way. our new favorite phrase? "i'm going to whack that guy until the candy comes out." hmmm...
